The shall be one lanyard sponsor per event. This sponsorship package can be combined with any other sponsorship package. The cost for the Lanyard sponsorship will be $1000 per Marketing Hacknight event. The cost of lanyards will be separate from the sponsorship fee. The lanyard sponsor may, at their option, provide lanyards or may choose to pay an additional $800 for the production of custom lanyards.
The lanyard sponsor must be committed 60 days prior to the event.
Exhibitors will be assigned a 10 x 10 space in a prominent location at the event. A link to the exhibitor map will be located below once it has been published for the next event. Each booth will include a 6 ft folding table and two chairs. Back drops, table clothes and power will not be provided as a standard booth feature. If your booth requires power please contact your Marketing Hacknight representative at least 30 days prior to the event. Internet will be provided via wifi to all attendees and exhibitors.
Premium Booth Placements
Platinum and Presenting sponsors will be assigned a booth space in a main traffic area close to the registration tables. Each of these booths will be strategically placed in high traffic areas for maximum exposure.
Set-Up and Registration
Exhibitors will have access to the event space 3 hours prior to the event. If heavy or larger items need to be moved into place please contact your Marketing Hacknight representative prior to the event. Exhibitors be able to check in 1 hour prior to the event. Marketing Hacknight is a one day event. All exhibitors must take down and haul away booth materials within 1 hour after the event concludes. Please plan on a large angry man setting fire to your booth if you do not vacate within 1 hour of the event concluding.
